You can come and see me at my house any day of the week, any reasonable time of the day or night. As long as I am not busy, two hours notice or less is generally enough for appointments.

If you would like me to travel to you then I add some petrol money to cover my travel expenses. I can visit you at your private address, or at your hotel room etc.
